My dad works for the Pharmacy Guild of Australia. He was the President in Queensland and had to leave that job while we were in New York. The National President Mr John Bronger and the National Director Mr Stephen Greenwood were very kind to us. They organised an appeal to raise money for my treatment in New York. Thanks for the emails and cards from many pharmacists and people from medicine manufacturers from all over Australia. Thanks to Arrow Pharmaceuticals for their fundraising support. Thanks to Paul Duchen who came to visit me. Thanks to Con Tangalakis who organised the raffle. |

I know that Sigma matched the donation of Amcal Pharmacies raised at the Amcal Conference. The boss of Sigma Mr Elmo De Elwis emailed me all the time in New York. The Queensland Branch where dad works has also been very helpful. Robyn Ede is the Branch Director and she talked to us in New York all the time and lets us know how everyone is in Australia. I would like to thank all the Pharmacists and all the Medicine Manufacturers in Australia. |
